On October 30, 2024, interim results of the project were discussed at a workshop at the APOLLON University of Applied Sciences in Bremen. The focus was on the communicative validation of the initial research results from all three sub-projects. The discussions led to a deeper understanding of the field of research, particularly in the area of distance learning.

On October 30, 2024, Prof. Dr. Uwe Wilkesmann, Jan-Hendrick Ortloff, Anna-Lena Rose and Olga Wagner presented and discussed interim results from the ELLpH project at a workshop at the APOLLON University of Applied Sciences for Health Sciences in Bremen.

The focus of this workshop was on the communicative validation of the results and the emerging initial findings with regard to all research focal points of the three sub-projects - TP1 Governance, TP2 Teaching-Learning Concepts and TP3 Expectations - at private (distance) universities with the participating colleagues.

The reflective and experience-based discussion contributions of the workshop participants have helped us to gain a better and more differentiated understanding of private universities, especially universities with distance learning programs. This is particularly valuable for the further design of the ongoing data collection as part of the research project.

We would like to thank APOLLON University for its hospitality and for making it possible for the President, Prof. Dr. Johanne Pundt, and the participating colleagues to hold this workshop.
